I always thought I knew how to brew green tea…until Yureeka explained how to make tea a daily ritual…

So here are some tips, a simple and useful step by step to enjoy your Sayuri Green Tea like never before:
1. Use filtered of bottled water – this makes a HUGE difference from tap water.
2. Once the water is boiled, you can decrease the temperature by 10 degrees by pouring it into another cup. Sayuri Teas can be brewed up to three times, so a little goes a long way.
3. Add tea leaves to the pot (approx 4/5g if using 200ml).
4. Pour water to fill half the pot and brew tea for the recommended time below.

I am truly addicted to the Organic Superior Sencha:
1st brew at 70 degrees for 40-60 seconds
2nd brew at 80 degrees for 15 seconds
3rd brew at 90 degrees for 45 seconds
